They went out of their way to worked with me when it bacame clear that it would take longer than I was original told. It would have been better if I had been told it may take longer if the weather is bad when I booked the service.     "I always feel very rushed when I leave my mini, I have 2, there's a lot of customers and the attendants are rushed. They want to hurry me along when I"m telling them about any problems. They always say they only have 2 technicians working and don't know if they'll be able to address the issue. They know I travel from out of town, and one time they said they couldn't find my reservation and made me feel I was just showing up out of the blue and they were making me a favor by receiving me when I know service works on appointments and I travel two and a half hours to get there.
